Mannsville Fire dispatched for flooding

Mannsville Fire responded to a flooding incident at 132 Lilac Park Drive in Mannsville on Tuesday afternoon after heavy water accumulation was reported in a basement. Dispatchers sent crews to the Wagner residence at 4:19 p.m. for a pumping detail after receiving a report of 4 to 5 feet of water in the basement. The incident was classified as a minor building collapse-related call and remained limited to Mannsville Fire.

Mannsville Rescue 1 arrived on scene at 4:28 p.m. and began the response at the residence. Radio traffic indicated the operation centered on addressing the basement flooding, with no mutual aid agencies requested during the incident. Later in the response, unit 31-7-1 also arrived on scene as crews continued operations.

The incident remained active for about 70 minutes before it was cleared at 5:29 p.m. Authorities reported no further escalation over the course of the response, and the scene was closed without additional agencies being dispatched.
